Waiting list

Why the waiting list?

We are a small family owned business which prides ourselves on producing high quality, well built leather sandals. Due to the high demand for our sandals and our limited production capabilities, we have a waiting list for all orders and work strictly on a first come first served basis. We thank you for your patience and understanding!

How does it work?

Simply add your email to the signup form at the bottom of this page and that’s it.. you are in line! When your turn comes, you will receive a password to our private shop which will give you access to browse the sandals and place an order.

What is the current waiting time?

Our current waiting list does not distinguish between the different models. As our Sunblazer is easier to produce than our Original Wanderer, we are able to fulfill Sunblazer orders faster. 

Our current estimate for those wanting a pair of Sunblazers is roughly 6 months. We hope to be able to give an updated time estimate for our Original Wanderer soon.

Why haven't I heard anything from you?

If you have submitted your email via the website, you can rest assured that it has been added to our list but you may always reach out to us to double check ( We love to hear from you! ;)

We periodically send out an email to our waiting list with updates so if you’ve not heard something after 2 months, please check your spam as our messages sometimes get filtered. You can always add hello@thesoleworkshop.com to your safe senders list.

How do I get a password to the shop?

Please see the above section on our waiting list. When your turn is called we will send it via email.

What are the order processing times?

If you purchase a pair of Sunblazers from one of our current collections, your order ships within 2 business days. All made to measure and Original Wanderer orders have an estimate in the checkout process which will be confirmed upon placing the order.

What is your return policy?

We believe in having only satisfied customers wearing our sandals, no matter what! 

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to return your unworn product for a full refund on the price of the product (minus shipping cost).

Please note that the buyer will cover the return shipping costs and bear the responsibility for the return shipment until it reaches our workshop. To see full terms, click here.

What is your guarantee?

We take extra measures to make our sandals tougher than the rest! You can also rest assured that we guarantee our craftsmanship and stand behind our work and product.

Our Sunblazer sandals carry a 2 year guarantee and our Original Wanderer sandals have a lifetime guarantee against delamination or the sandal coming apart due to faulty craftsmanship. To read the full terms please read about our Guarantee

What are your shipping costs & delivery times?

Our sandal prices include standard shipping to US, EU & Canada with expedited shipping options available at checkout. Shipping to all other destinations will be calculated at checkout.

I live in the US. Do I have to pay import tax?

Generally, you do not need to pay import tax into the US on goods for personal use valued under $800.

We have know this to be true so far and have not had a customer indicate otherwise but all situations are different so if in doubt, please contact the local authority for more accurate information.
