Return Policy
Our Philosophy At The Sole Workshop, we believe in having only satisfied customers wearing our sandals. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, we want to fix it.
We offer a 30-day window from the moment you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, clean, and in the same condition you received it. Ideally, please use the original packaging.
How to Return Please do not send a package back without contacting us first.

We will provide instructions and can provide a shipping label.
Refunds Once we receive your return and verify it is unworn:

Full Refund: We will refund the full price of the product.

Processing Time: The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Deductions: We do not charge a restocking fee, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you use our provided shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs

EU Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use your own carrier, but we recommend using our provided labels for better rates and tracking. If you use our label, the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Non-EU Customers (International): Due to strict customs regulations regarding re-importation, returns from outside the EU must be arranged using a shipping label provided by us. This ensures we don't get charged incorrect import duties on our own goods. The cost of this shipping and any duties associated with it will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions (What you cannot return)

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Due to the personal nature and craftsmanship involved, items made to your specific measurements or custom design requests cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you have an issue with a custom order, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
Exchanges If the fit isn't quite right, we are happy to exchange it for a different size of the same model. The standard return shipping rules (above) apply to get the original pair back to us.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers Only) If you are a consumer based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to hello@thesoleworkshop.com).

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
